Italian Green Beans

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1-2 lbs green beans.
  • 10 oz of tomatoes peeled and chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions: In a skillet over low heat warm olive oil. Add the garlic and cook until translucent. Add the green beans and tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Lower the heat and cook approx. 15 min. until the beans are tender.
