Okra Skillet

  • 2 cups okra (washed, ends removed, cut into ½ inch slices)
  • 1 cup corn
  • 5 slices bacon, cut up
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 4 medium tomatoes, each cut into eighths
  • Dash pepper

Instructions: Cook and stir bacon and onion until bacon is golden; stir in okra.  Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 3 minutes.  Stir in tomatoes and corn.  Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes.  Stir in pepper
