Spinach Salad

  • 5 c fresh spinach
  • 1 cup of halved grapes
  • 1/2 diced red onion
  • 1 container of Feta cheese
  • ½ to ¾ cup of honey roasted peanuts or caramelized walnuts, pecans or almonds
  • Raspberry vinaigrette dressing to taste

Instructions: Toss ingredients together. Just prior to serving, drizzle with dressing. Enough to taste but not to be soggy.
